If your furniture arrives in less than acceptable condition or is damaged during the shipping process we will make all necessary repairs that are mutually agreed upon by the purchaser and Nanuckit. In addition, We offer the best customer service in the industry and stand behind our products. We want to assure you that our products will give you years of comfort, service and beauty.
If it is required, we will have a nationwide network of technicians that can come to your home and fix all minor repairs. For other issues, please refer to our warranty.
You may also cancel your order (for a full refund) as long as you do so within 48 hours of placing the order. Once your custom furniture order has been placed into production, we cannot cancel your order.
In the event our shipping company cannot deliver your furniture for whatever reason, you will be charged full shipping charges to and from your location.
