Nantuckit Furniture Warranty Policy:
Congratulations! Your selection and purchase of product from Nantuckit Furniture joins you with hundreds of other satisfied customers throughout the US. The information below contains our warranty policy and your expected performance characteristics of your purchase. Please read carefully as this is very important information. Nantuckit Furniture has been in business since 2005 and prides itself on having one of the best reputations in the business for product quality and customer service. Nantuckit Lifetime Limited Warranty:
The Nantuckit warranty is provided to you, the original purchaser and owner by our US based manufacturing partner. The warranty does not apply to furniture that has been abused or used in a business environment and/or for commercial purposes. The warranty only applies to furniture used for normal residential purposes. Our warranty does not cover products sold in "distressed" or "as is" condition, products sold "second hand" or products purchased from a retailer, or any other form of reseller not authorized by Nantuckit Furniture Company, Inc. to sell our products. All of the warrantees set forth below are subject to these warranty limitations.
Labor - Any labor required to install any replacement parts is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
Lifetime Limited Warranty- Frames, Springs, & Mechanisms:
Frames, spring systems, motion mechanisms, and specific fixtures are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product (this includes, but may not be limited to, swivel bases, swivel/rocker bases and sleeper mechanisms).
Lifetime Limited Warranty - Cushion Cores:
Foam cores (not polyester fiber wrap) in all cushions (except in Feather Down Cushions) are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects and against the loss of foam resiliency for five (5) years with validation of normal wear and tear and confirmation by manufacturer of resiliency loss. Abnormal wear and abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with the softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which is considered normal wear and are not defects.
3-Year Limited Warranty:
Standard Nantuckit Sleep Sofa Innerspring Mattresses are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects and against the loss of foam resiliency for three (3) years. The mattress cover material is excluded from this three (3) year warranty.
3-Year Limited Warranty:
Optional Sofa Mattresses are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years, including the air mattress bladder. The motor to operate the air mattress is warranted for one (1) year under normal non-commercial use.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Feather Down Cushions
Feather Down Cushions consist of a high resiliency foam core wrapped by a balanced blend of down, feather and multi-denier polyester fibers, encased in a channeled down-proof ticking. While this breathable ticking is down-proof, and creates a feather barrier, feathers will poke through the fabric form time-to-time. This is considered normal performance and is not a defect. Feather Down Cushions are under warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. It is our policy to charge for replacement cushions. Once our manufacturer receives existing cushions back, they will review them with supplier for possible credit. We recommend flipping and rotating your seats and backs to keep them looking fresh and new.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Fabric
The Fabric on the base frame and slipcovers are warranted for workmanship of zipper, seam slippage and fraying for one (1) year of the product under the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover fabric that has been treated with a dealer or consumer applied solvent repellent treatment. Fabric Treatment may alter the color of fabric when washed or dry-cleaned and our manufacturer will NOT be held responsible for discoloration. Wear, wrinkling, fading and pilling ARE NOT covered. Our manufacturer does not guarantee and will not be held responsible for color fastness or wearing of any fabric. Pilling, the formation of little balls of fuzz on the surface of the fabric, can occur with normal use. We cannot determine what type of fabric will produce pilling nor can we control the wear our furniture receives in the home. Any adjustments made will depend on the Fabric Manufacturer's willingness to stand behind their product. Also, fabric dye lots vary from roll to roll. We are not responsible for contrast welting bleeding. The fabrics themselves are not warranted after washing due to the unique properties of each type of fabric and how they are cleaned. We will suggest a proper cleaning code for individual slipcovers and upholstered products.
Care and Cleaning:
Our Slipcovers and Upholstery are either (D) Dry Clean Only or Machine Washable. We do not warrant against shrinkage, fading or damages of the covers due to the unique characteristics and uncontrollable variables in the cleaning process and the fabric themselves.
Our warranty to the original retail purchaser within the provisions, time allowances and limitations of this warranty, we promise to repair or replace, at out option, any part or parts we deem to have manufacturing or material defects.
Service: To request service under this warranty, contact Nantuckit Furniture Company. Certain defects may be repaired in your home with our authorization. If the repair cannot be completed in your home, arrangements must be made to transport the furniture. The Warranty does not include the cost, if any, of transportation. The Warranty does not include the cost of transporting the furniture to and from the Factory Service Center after two (2) years from the date of purchase. Certain information is required to process a request for service. We suggest that you keep your sales receipt and make a record of the Serial Number for each piece of furniture that you purchased. You will find the Style and Serial Numbers on the white table sewn to the underside of the piece of furniture. If you have moved, you may call our Customer Care Department directly.
