"I don't know how many employees you have but it feels like I'm dealing with a very personal family business that has sophisticated big business resources. We love the sofa. It's everything I hoped for. Time will tell about the durability but I have a good feeling about it. My only complaint is that when husband falls asleep on this sofa (as he is prone to do most evenings) he seems to snore louder than he did on our old sofa! White glove service. After they removed the plastic, delivery men even washed their hands so as not to soil the sofa when they moved it in place. They even stayed while my husband tested the sofa bed mechanism to be certain it was working well. For $99 it can't be beat! If the need I arises I would not hesitate to purchase from Nantuckit again...or to recommend to friends."
