- Our Loom is manufactured using a patented process of weaving cellulose strands into wicker fabric. This produces a continuous strand that will not burr, crack, or peel resulting in a consistently smooth weave. The wicker is submerged in a resin emulsion and baked forming a flexible coating which provides protection from moisture. The result is the most sought after all weather wicker available today.

- Comfort Plush cushions are standard. These cushions feature exceptional seating comfort and resilience, inherently mildew/bacteria resistant components, and they're environmentally friendly. BioComfort 1.8 density High Resilience California Fire Rated Foam. BioComfort is formulated to include soy based products, which reduces the amount of petroleum based chemicals used in production. Our BioComfort foam is wrapped with 100% polyester fiber, a combination meeting the requirements of California's Technical Bulletin #117. Bonded to this foam and fiber wrapped core is a 100% polypropylene jacket completely encompassing the entire cushion core. The jacket is composed of two layers of spun bond fabric which sandwich an inner layer of meltblown fabric, hence the name SMS (spun bond+meltdown+spun bond). Meltblown material is hydrophobic, which means literally to "shed water".
