- MADE IN USA (North Carolina)
- Frames: Solid hardwood frames made from ash, maple, and oak then screwed, glued, and blocked for superior frame construction. No plywood or particle board is used. Precise sewing, hand tailoring, and seperately covered arms. This ensures the highest quality leather covering.
- Seating: 8 Way hand tied spring construction, the hallmark of fine furniture spring construction. This process stabilizes the coil springs and causes the entire spring set to work in unison.
- Cushions: Our standard cushions are spring down. The cushions are made using a marshall unit core made of coil springs, each individually pocketed. The marshall unit is surrounded by a foam box completely wrapped in a thick layer of comfort bond fiber. The wrapped core is filled in a cover which has sewn channels that are filled with down.
- Back Cushions: Fiber plush back cushions are made up of 2" hollow polyester fibers that are siliconized to cut down on friction between fibers thus reducing clumping and matting.
- Leathers: Nantuckit Furniture Company devotes many hours hand selecting the finest leathers being produced today. Our leathers are selected for a natural appearance, with distinctive markings that impart unique character. We use only top grain leathers from the worlds finest tanneries.
