Return Policy:

Nantuckit Furniture Company is proud of our custom furniture products and want you to be happy. If your furniture arrives in less than acceptable condition, we will make all necessary repairs, no questions asked. In addition, we offer a comfort promise* designed to take all the fear out of buying furniture online. It's unique to the furniture industry and it's why we're the preferred custom furniture business online. Ask us about it when you call.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will have one of our nationwide network of technicians come to your home and fix all minor repairs. For other issues, we will replace or fix your furniture under our forever warranty.

You may also cancel your order (for a full refund) as long as you do so within 48 hours of placing the order. Once your custom furniture order has been placed into production, we cannot cancel your order.

In the event our shipping company cannot deliver your furniture for whatever reason, you will be charged full shipping charges to and from your location.
